Qlik Sense - Line chart get 2 lines for past 12 week only using dynamic WeekNumbers

Hi Qlikers,

I having a challenge getting this line chart limited for "CurrentWeekNo" - 12 in a lini chart for 2 Financial years 19 and 20

So far I manged to get,

Current week =Replace(WeekName(Today()),'/', '-W')

Last12WeeksNum = Year(today(1))& '-W' & (week(today(1))-12)

Below is the Line chart

What i am looking for is how do I get 2 lines FY19 and FY20 asper the given chart just for the period between Currentweek and Last12WeekNum ascending
