Qlik Sense Server Install

I am installing Sense as a POC on an Azure server.  However the Azure server is not part of a domain.  I am having issues connecting to the QMC to enable the license.

Any suggestions?

Can't you login on the box, and connect to the QMC that way?

I am remote into the box and I when I click on the QMC shortcut, I get a message asking me to sign in.

Did you install it with the AD credentials of a DOMAIN user or a LOCAL user?  I don't have the solution off the top of my head, but DevOps questions generally don't get a lot of love here so I'll toss out some ideas.

A local user.  This server is not connected to a domain.

Okay.  So generally, with Qlik stuff I've noticed that there are two accounts that get added as admin off the bat.  1.  The user who is RUNNING THE Install process and 2. The user that the service is running under.  So can you try those two user/pass combos?  At least until an adult gets here.

The main issue was with the shortcut that were automatically created.  When I used the machine name and qmc... I was able to get in.

thanks for trying to help
