Qlik Sense Server: Invalid View

Hello,

Following the installation of an application and its extensions on a new server, I find myself with the following message:

But the extensions are well installed.

I exported the application from a server on which everything works flawlessly.

I am in version Qlik Sense 3.2.

Do you know if on the server JAVA must be installed?

If someone has an idea,

Thanks in advance.

Ok,

If you can delete the damaged extensions and import again, I guess, that will be better.

did you install all extensions one by one on the new server?

Java is not required.

Hello Philippe,

I do not believe additional JAVA components needs to be installed.

Couple of things you could do:

  • In case you have not installed any extension on the new Server before; Try and install any of the valid extensions from Qlik Branch here
  • Secondly check the support for this particular extension ( when was it last updated, which version it supports)
    • many a times Extensions are not updated to work on newer versions of Qlik Sense

Dear Philippe,

Check on the source environment, the full name of the extension and then check in this new environment. They must be the same.

Also, check the permissions and try to create a new app to use this extension imported.

Anyway, take a look the version on both Qlik Sense environments.

I've installed all extensions with  QMC, and I've used valid extensions from Qlik Branch

We use the version 3.2 on the 2 servers

If you try to import a new version from other resource, is it possible to use into a new app?

The test that I would like to know either this issue happens with all extensions or only one.
