Hi,
we installed Qlik Sense Server Enterprise (3.0 SR1) and are encountering some issues with performance issues while scrolling.
The dataset is really small (around 13.000 rows) and the pivottable we designed contains 3 dimensions (customername, article, posting date) and 12 columns (months). Even though we are using no calculated dimensions or rows, the pivottable gets repeateldy "stuck / lag" for a short moment while scrolling. We tested the same app (with the same data) on Qlik Sense Desktop and it works like a charm. We are encountering this issue for all tables we have, but this one is the worst.
Our server specs are:
- OS: Windows Server 2012 R2 (VM)
- CPU: Intel Xeon E5-2650 v2 @ 2.6GHz
- RAM: 10GB
We are keeping an eye on the server ressources and they are not even close to being fully occupied, while someone is working in qlik sense per browser (we also tested different browsers).
Do you guys have any idea, what the source of the problem could be? The performance is unacceptable for our customer.
If some specific logs would help, let me know.
