I have intalled telemetry dashboard on two differents qliksense environment running the same versions Qlik Sense June 2020 Patch 3 on windows server 2012 R2. I've done it by respecting all steps listed here on the URL below : https://adminplaybook.qlik-poc.com/docs/tooling/telemetry_dashboard.html
it's working as well on the qlik sense DEV site but not in the PRODUCTION, sheet's names have not being loaded.
We had a similar issue. The install process looked good but the report was not populated with data. We let the system sit for a few hours until the \Log\Engine\Trace\<>_QixPerformance_Engine.txt had data. Then we ran the reload tasks again. Afterwards the telemetry dashboard sheets were populated.
