Qlik Sense User access issue(QMC)

Hi Experts,

We are facing issue, we have provided access to our users, but one user is frequently losing his access to one report. the next day he is again able to access that report.

we have section access to all our reports, but one report is having issue to one user. all other user are accessing.

in a week he lost his access 2 time and automatically again he got his access back.

Can you please suggest what is the issue?

Hello,

I don't know what the contents of your report are, but could it be that on the days when the user does not have access, there is no data for that user in the report? Could you check (on a day when the user does not have access) if there is data for the specific user in the report (by using another user and making the selection that is made through section access)?
