Qlik Sense - Windows Authentication

Hi ,

I have installed a Qlik Sense in AWS Machine. default windows authentication not working properly.

Instead of organization login, It takes guest login as default, What changes needs to be done for default authentication based on LDAP.

Default Proxy Settings:

Virtual Proxy SettingsDefault Virtual Proxy SettingsDefault Header Authentication Proxy SettingsUser Directory ConnectorURL Outside the server it takes as guest login by default instead of LDAP authentication.

It appears as MachineName\Guest

Yes Added both IP and server name of Qlik Sense server in trusted IP, Anyother server do I need to add it in Trusted Sites

So if you are using Header authentication, what SSO System are you using?

I was trying multiple options. Nothing is working.

I have a question

When we are giving windows authentication will it consider my current system login or will it try to login based on the Machine which is installed.

Example. I installed a qliksense in AWS Machine.

And I am trying to login the url in different domain. Instead of taking my local domain. It is trying to reach AWS Machine domain.

Basically Windows Authentication Tries to authenticate the Local Domain Users or QlikServer Installed Domain ??

Is it because of any configuration issue. ??

Yes. I have gone through the PDF. But it is not mentioned about the Windows Authentication.

Can you please clarify the below questions

1) When we applied windows authentication mode, which domain it will take, ..

  Will it consider the domain of QlikSense Installed or Local domain from where we are trying to reach qlik sense site.
