Qlik Sense: account is inactive for QMC and Hub.

I am unable to launch the qmc, getting below error.

Your account is inactive. Contact your administrator to activate it.

Could you please help me on below issue?

Make a cup of tea, relax and then read this thread Qlik Sense All Users Disabled (URGENT)


Don't worry it is sortable, but you may well need to ask Qlik Support to hand hold you through the solution.

Is there another account you can login with to reactivate the account ?

Hi Bill,

I have tried it through service and other account as well. Nobody is able to launch it.

What is the possible solution for this?

Do you know anything that has changed / been done since it was last ok ?

Especially any User Directory Connector on LDAP to import AD users ?

I was trying to add users to qlik sense hub by LDAP filter. after syncing got all accounts got deactivated.
