Qlik Sense desktop - corrupted data

Dear,

When I try to open my app (Qlike sense desktop v.3.0), I get the message corrupted data.

I checked the logs and found those errors:

Session stop reason: Socket closed by client

invalid parameter handler set

Yesterday evening everything was still working perfectly.

Any idea how I can solve this?

thnx!

Restore the document from the backup you made yesterday.

I don't have my .qvf file in the folder "AppsBackup". I only see the .qvf files of the standard apps.

or should I do the restore in a different way?

You mean you don't make backups of your hard disk? In that case you'll probably have to create the app from scratch.

Ok I see.. so from the Qlik sense software itself is no solution? The only solution is to restore my pc

In this case your using a free desktop client software application. It seems logical to me that it does not include enterprise grade backup and recovery features. If you're using Qlik Sense Enterprise then you can use built-in features to backup and restore Qlik Sense sites.
