Qlik Sense - unable to generate insights

Dear all,

we are using QS 02/2019. Since a while we receive the message "unable to generate insights" whenever we are using the button "insights"!?!

As far as we know we changed nothing (my role is RootAdmin, so I should have full access to all features).

Any ideas?
