Qlik Sense using Num function for dynamic Y-Axis number format

Hello,

We have a bar chart that has an expression with the NUM format. When we are showing one metric that is a percentage, the number format of the y-axis does not change. Below is the bar chart and the expression that is used in the chart. Base don the expression, the format for the metric shown should be a percentage. Does anyone know why the y-axis format is not changing based on this expression?
