Qlik can't recognize Latitude and Longitude fields

Hi,

I have a sheet with Latitude and Longitude fields.

This is an example of these fields: Latitude -> 40.333180 Longitude -> 18.114172

I have to do a chart with a map, but those fields aren't recognized as Latitude and Longitude.  Usually, Qlik automatically turned fields like these into coordinates, putting an icon of the world near the field name, but this time it didn't happen.

I tried also to use the command GeoMakePoint (Latitude, Longitude), but these fields still aren't recognized as GPS coordinates so i can't show them on the map.

Any suggestions?

You have to set both the data and location areas of the map for the point layer.  You were correct to have a GeoMakePoint for the data, but probably still need to set your location points.  I've attached an example that uses your lat/long example provided that shows a red point in Italy at its location.
