Qlik sense dev folder

Hi Experts,

in our qlik sense server, i could not find below folder, there is no QlikTech under program data.

can anyone advise?  we need to add IP into this file. Thanks.

C：\ ProgramData \ QlikTech \ WebServer \ config.xml

You would need to look for the PIC who install QS Server.
