Qlik sense extension not working after upgraded to 3.1 SR3

Hi All,

Below  URL extension was working fine  with previous version of Qlik sense 3.1  after some time my Qlik sense desktop 3.1 version shows blank screen then upgraded to 3.1 SR3 after that below extension not working. do you have any idea? thanks

also tried to changed  column width and height but still not working .
