or an alternative - how to share a bookmark (as an end user) with already activated filters
Out of the box you can't default the filters.
If you create a Bookmark before you publish then that will be available to all users. You would just need to train them to use it after they open the app.
With Mashups and the API you might be able to do this. But I am not sure.
you can take a look at http://branch.qlik.com/#!/project/58e20b0e86f54ab8e8f21512
this extension enable you to set some fields values opening a sheet, it's not exactly what are you looking for but anyway could be useful.
use GitHub - ClimberAB/ClimberSelectionBar: Qlik Sense Extension. Horizontal selection bar with initial ... extension.
It will allow you to set Default Selection for a Filter and you can publish that way
really nice alternative solution, tnx!
Ive used QSVariable extension and set default values in the variables although you have an overhead on your app build to incorporate them into your objects.
Bookmarks is defnitely the easiest and most flexible way to go.
still trying to explore how it works, is there a documentation or video on youtube?
Refer Makes Sense to go round in circles
I guess no, but give a try to install it, it's pretty simple to use.
