Hi Everyone,
I'n facing Access denied error after re-load of app in qlik saas environment. I already have included my email details and I'm the owner of the app. Below is the error for reference. Please suggest.
Hi,
I don't know how your section access file is filled. But you need to use this as USERID:
USERID |
auth0|a4a2f4a384f697f4a6fd94894bd9f239bd0725b9d8b1e0b537e59f99ca |
If you already have this, then I don't know a other solution. Good luck!
@MartijnWanders What is this userID exactly (obviously something similar to internal\sa_scheduler). and how/where did you know to add this to section access table? my reload task was failing when it had section access, until i added the mystery userID. I didn't find any other article or documentation on this?
Hi Steve,
I think you can find it here. But I don't remember if I got the information here. I think somewhere in a community thread:
Contains a string corresponding to a Qlik Sense SaaS user name. Qlik Sense SaaS will get the login information from the IdP subject and compare it to the value in this field. For an alternate way to verify user identity using email address, see USER.EMAIL. For multi-cloud environments, the IdP subject can be mapped against your internal Windows identity . When using Qlik Account, the subject cannot be mapped against internal Windows identity. User IdP subject can be viewed in the Users section of the Management Console.

I think this is the link @MartijnWanders is mentioning.
