Qlik sense scheduler service

Hi,

I am not able to stop scheduler services. I am getting the below error.

you need to restart the services  .

or

check logon password expired or not?

Not sure but first stop

Qlik Sense Engine Services

that should stop few other services automatically and then try stopping QSS

I hope you have access to the server while you do this

Password is fine.

I tried it. But scheduler service error still comes. Its not stopping.
