QlikSense App share

Hello folks,

I'm new to QlikSense. I have installed the QlikSense to my system and my other team member did the same. Now, I have created an app which I want to share with my team member. Please help me to know the process how can I share it with him using any link.

Note- We have licensed version of QlikSense and we both assigned token of that license.

   are you working in Qliksense server or Desktop?

Hi,

   If you working server , Just Go to QMC--> Apps--> select application and take duplicate --> Edit --> Change owner Name. Ur team member will get app in hub.

If you working desktop Just right click on application download nad move to ur team member folder, and he needs to import that application.

Thanks Buddy. But it is removed from my hub. I also want to see the same app. Is it possible if he'll do some change change in app then it should reflect my side as well.

   That's Why take duplicate and share duplicate one to ur friend.

Hi Mahendra,

I think You need to create one stream and  give access to all respective user after words publish app into created stream.

But after publish when I'm doing any changes in the existing sheet it is not allowing me to do. It is showing me button to create duplicate. I want to do changes in the same sheet published by him. Can I do the same?

Hi Mahendra,

You have to first take a duplicate of It. Then do changes in your work stream copied app.  After word publishes and replaces existing app.

I have one more query. Can I share this app via link with other users which doesn't have QlikSense (for read only mode)?
