The exe files for QlikSense should be on the "download" site :

http://us-d.demo.qlik.com/download/

It might not be immediately obvious but the "server" version is simply named "Qlik Sense" with the desktop version being named "Qlik Sense Desktop".

I would also highly suggest reviewing the links that mto posted as they are very useful. I would also suggest doing this on another server that doesn't have QlikView on it as you can't run Qlik Sense (Server) and QlikView Server on the same machine. You can however use QlikView Desktop and Qlik Sense Desktop on the same machine.
