My server is also working fine, but some times its happening the issue synchronization between Central and Rim nodes

How you suspect get a suspect regarding a synchronization problem?

My version is 2.2,IN some cases my central node is working, but the dev nodes are not running

Dear Clark,

   I had the same issue on our customers environment

   I uninstalled all products and performed a install as a clean installation and reconfigure them. The case was solved.

   It´s a commom situation on old FR versions and fixed on the last versions (2.07 or 3.0.x).
