QlikSense Version EOS and EOL

Hi All

i am new to qlik and would like to ask basic question:

the current Qlik Sense Version showing November 2020 patch 6 (attached picture)

 1) Does it mean the current version will only be supported until Nov 10th 2022 ?  Does it mean i can still use Qlik after Nov 10th, 2020 ?

(Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows Product Lifecycle - Qlik Community - 1826335)

2) Does it mean that i need to start plan upgrade for next year ?

3) any  date for the EOS and EOL on this ?

could anyone share more detail on the above so i can get full understanding abt Qlik version / patch and i can plan properly for my next upgrade (if required).

thank you in advance.

Regards

Nobi

Hello @noble_cute ,

the general policy says that we are supporting the product for the whole lifetime, which is 2 years from the initial release.

So saying that November 2020 you can use until November 2022 with full support of Qlik.

Qlik might still ask you to upgrade to a newer release, if there has been a major security issue with your version which can't be back-ported to the release you are on.

I hope that answers your questions.

best regards

Sebastian
