I am quite new to QlikSense.
Since last week, my QlikSense desktop screen kept blank when up the application. I tried in different PC, ever sees my document in QS screen. No error message appears. I reinstall application, still the same. Need someone help for my next step.

having the same issue, I solved it downloading the last version (Novem 11.24er 2017) from http://eu-b.demo.qlik.com/download/ thanks to cri post :

Hi Yuki,
You upgrade it or reinstall it. That will fix your problem.
It might be a bug in your version.

make your firewall get off
In the settings.ini file, set AppRecoveryMode = 1 in , and try to reopen it. If it works, delete the line from the file.
Warning : you may loose some defined variables.
which version are you using ?
