QlikSense logging daily data loads

Is there a way to implement logging for data loads for a BI developer to review on a daily basis to make sure that there weren't any issues with the source data? Or is this something that needs to be implemented somehow manually?

In QlikView there is an email-failed-task-alerter built into the QMC, in Qlik Sense it is not. However it is possible to get the same features (and more ) using the Qlik open APIs.

I've noticed an open source project on Qlik Branch that sends to offer the alert feature by email. I have not looked at it my self, but I recommend you to have a look at it.  Qliksense Automated Task Failure Email Alerts.

This feature will give your developers the possibility to monitor and get an alert on failed tasks rather than having then to constantly check if everything is ok.
