QlikSenseNov2019| Oralce DB connection issue

HI Team,

I am new to QlikSense and i have downloaded QlikSenseNov2019 V and installed Oralce 12c DB and i am trying to connect getting error+++++++

" Connection failed:Please check the values for Username‚ Password‚ Host‚ and other properties. " and 

"Connection timeout expired."

+++++++++++++

Even though i have placed tnsname.ora file into Qlik Sense file location.  

 Please help me to resolve this issue !!

As a workaround, install the Oracle drivers and use them over OLE DB / ODBC
