QlikWebConnector: Internal Server Error

Hi experts

We have a qliksense app using web connector. This app worked fine, but now loading is not possible. The error message: "Internal Server Error". 

I have checked this message:  https://community.qlik.com/t5/Knowledge/Qlik-Web-Connector-for-Sharepoint-365-Internal-Server-Error-...

But the symptom is different: Copying the URL to the browser gives the same error.

Any ideas? Data source is a sharepoint location.

Hi,

Did you try to access the same data on SharePoint using different browser ( chrome, Edge ...)?

Which error is displayed in developer tool?

If you are getting same error in Qlik sense and different browsers, did you check you account access right on SharePoint?

Different browser already checked, the same error. Developer Tool: Do you mean the area where you script the codes? The same error here.

Any ideas?
