Qlikcloud - connection to a local folder

Hello everyone,

With the transition from Qlik Sense Desktop to Qlik Cloud, the possibility to connect to a local folder seems to be removed. Now every file has to be individually uploaded. Is there a workaround to connect a local folder/file to update data?

You can use the Dropbox connector. This will allow you to have the files locally in your Dropbox folder as well.

Hello Ivan_Bozof,

Thank you for the swift reply. I have tried this workaround, but it seems that the connection to Dropbox (or Google Drive) has to be repeatedly updated. Ideally, in my case, a workaround would not involve applications like Dropbox or Google Drive. Are there any other suggestions that may work?

I am not aware of any other way to connect the cloud to your local folders.
