Qliksense HUB not opening on external environment

Hi All,

On server environment qliksense HUB is open properly but on the external environment it is not but strange QMC management console opens properly with external IP where is the problem.

HI Qlik Dev,

you need to add your server ip in Virtual Proxy-> Advance -> websocket origin white list.

You also need to open port 4244

why this port is required?? can you pls tell me..in my case i have not added any port and it was working fine..

Hi,

Yes Paul is right you probably need to open the port 4244 it is for the authentication part of the Qliksense QMC which authenticate the users on the Qliksense.
