Qliksense QMC not opening after upgrade to April2018

Hi Team,

Currently we have upgraded our Qlik sense environment from v3.2 to April2018. Upgrade is successful, we could see all the services are up and running, but the QMC is not opening and getting 'This site can’t be reached' error.

Kindly help us, looking forward for your response.

Regards,

Dinesh M

Hey Dinesh,

I would strongly encourage checking the requisite logs to see what is causing the failure of the Proxy to bind to the needed port. The two key logs will be:

  1. Repository > Trace > System_Repository
  2. Proxy > Trace > System_Proxy

For (1), if the Repository does not initialize then no other service will come online. The most common failure point here is resolved by following this: https://help.qlik.com/en-US/sense/September2018/Subsystems/PlanningQlikSenseDeployments/Content/Sens...

Hope that helps.
