Qliksense Upgrade plan from qliksenseserver:10.28.2 / Qliksense 3.2 SR4 to latest version

Hi All,

I am new to Qliksense , but have the task ahead of upgrading my current environment i.e. qliksenseserver:10.28.2 / Qliksense 3.2 SR4 to latest version (hope that is June '19). I have the following queries :-

1) Is the latest version June '19 

2) Plan for updation from current version

3) Any dependency check that is required for the upgrade

4) Is it a single upgrade, or an interim upgrade will be required for it.

1) Is the latest version June '19  -- Yeah Qlik Sense June 2019 Latest One

2) Plan for updation from current version 

3) Any dependency check that is required for the upgrade -Get details for PostgreSQL and Server (User name and Password) 

4) Is it a single upgrade, or an interim upgrade will be required for it. if your using multi-node   -- all node need to run the same version. ( start upgrading central node and follows)

1. yes

2.1 make backups. if you're using a virtual server then a snapshot will be perfect
2.2 upgrade
2.3 test, test, test
2.4 if testing tells you things don't work properly then roll back

3. Qlik Sense will tell you if you need to install dependecies

4. if your QS environment is still configured for synchronised persistence then you first need to convert it to shared persistence. A single upgrade should work. YMMV.

I have a few more queries now :

1) Do we have any documentation available for upgrade plan from Qlik or any other sources

2) How can I check, how many nodes infrastructure I am currently operating on

3) Steps to check the QS current infrastructure is on synchronized or shared persistence 

4) I am also using the extensions like 'Multi KPI' and all,  how do I check that these extensions will be compatible with the latest version  of QS.
