Previously it was working fine and now only this issue occurred. i'don't find any error in qlik sense desktop log file. have anyone faced such a kind of strange issue? (i'don't want to re-install it) kindly advise.

Issue got resolved after upgrade to Qlik sense desktop 3.1 SR3 . thanks
The same is happening to me with Qlik Sense desktop 3.1.1 ( September 2017 ) Initial Release.
Any quick fix?
I reinstalled with Admin privileges and it works ok now.
The problem could be the IPV6 incompatibility or Windows 10.
I recommend to try:
- Use MS KB to disable IPV6;
- Check the .Net Framework updates;
- Keep Qlik Sense updated.
