Hi all,
I had been attempting to trial QS desktop for a few months on my work PC. Over the last 2 months (approx), when I open the software, the initial screen pops up but then hangs with a blank window (see pic).
My PC runs Windows 7 Enterprize - Service Pack 1. This cannot be upgraded easily.
I've tried repairing and reinstalling QS with no difference. The QS version is 3.1 SR 4.
This MAY have coincided with my IT department running updates after recent ransomware threats.
Any ideas?

Yes Correct, because from May 1st (think so) onwards Qlik Sense 3.1 version expired. In Feb 2017 they released new Version Qlik Sense 3.2. Now new version of June 2017 available (If i am not wrong).
So try for the latest version.

Thanks. I downloaded the QS desktop installer called "June 2017" and re-installed. This didn't work from the installer I downloaded on 3/4/2017.
Now it is working.
