I had been attempting to trial QS desktop for a few months on my work PC. Over the last 2 months (approx), when I open the software, the initial screen pops up but then hangs with a blank window (see pic).
My PC runs Windows 7 Enterprize - Service Pack 1. This cannot be upgraded easily.
I've tried repairing and reinstalling QS with no difference. The QS version is 3.1 SR 4.
This MAY have coincided with my IT department running updates after recent ransomware threats.
