Does anyone know if there is such a thing as logs of external access to Qliksense, and if there is - where are they stored?

What do you mean External Access logs? What does you need exactly?
I mean that I would like to see logs of the attempts to connect to Qliksense from browser.
The thing is that I can't connect to the hub externally (from browser) and I don't understand why.
**I added the server IP address to the white list in virtual proxies in the hub, and all my server firewalls are down.
So I was thinking to look for the reason in relevant log files. I guess there have to be such logs.
are you using Sense Server IP while login from External Network?
audit, system or trace logs?
