Qliksense hub Error

By default when we install Qliksense there are two application's 1= License Monitor 2= Oeration App.

Now when i am trying to open than Operation App giving error the app you trying to open is corrupt.

pls look below link for error details

Till yesterday qliksense at server was running fine but when i am running today it gives me error that JavaScript is disabled. Now When Admin enabled the Java Script i am able to open QMC anf Hub,

But when i am trying to open the hub from Web its giving me Error.

Hi,

This problem occurs in the Qliksense for this a solution is go to your log folder of the qliksense and delete all the log files over there (Better you take backup for this also). Then recreate the log again which is used to read the data from the log files in the application 1= License Monitor 2= Oeration App.

from below folder

C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Log

in Log folder there are so many sub folder, do i require to delete them as well?

Hi,

Yes but take backup first of all folders also check from the Qliksense QMC that you enable the log file creation because if you delete the log files that is created again into that folder.

Hi,

Also try to update the Qliksense Version by latest patch of the qliksense if you use older version of qliksense. For latest patch check on the qlik download section if you have the qlik partner id.

in qmc where is the option to enable the log?
