Qliksense mashup not working

Hi All,

One of an user is facing with the below "Qliksense Mashup not working" Issue.

Can any one help me how to troubleshoot the below Issue.

Issue:

"Could you please help me with the below issue -facing in Qliksense PRO .
Getting an error saying -"No available Qliksense engine was found"(Screenshot is attached).
User unable to view objects in the mashup since 4 days.

You may want to look into troubleshooting the engine.

Hi,

It can be because of APP ID try to replace it or add it again.

Server : 

var app = qlik.openApp('54a3fc2d-efa2-4456-9ce0-4aa9a0e3c17f', config);

Desktop:

var app = qlik.openApp('AppNamr.qvf', config);
