Qliksense on iPad

Hi,

We have a situation wherein Qlik sense hub is not being accessed from iPad device.

Error given below:

The SSL handshake could not be performed.

Host: XXXXXXx.com

Reason: error:148F10B: SSL routines:SSL3_GET_RECORD:wrong version number:SSL error at server handshake: state 25: Application response 500 handshake.

any help on this would be much appreciated.

Please, check the supported browsers:

and try to access by "http"

Hi,

It is being accessed from supported browser : ipad safari , as given per requirement.

Trying for 'http" does not seem to be feasible due to security issues.

Exact error:

error:148F10B: SSL routines:SSL3_GET_RECORD:wrong version number:SSL error at server handshake: state 25:

Learnt lately that this can due to version mismatch between client (3.0) and server (2.0)SSL version.

Can you install a SSL certificate in your server?

I had this problem too, but I installed a certificate and it works fine now.

Certificates are already installed on server.

On browsers llike IE and Chrome, no issues. Issue only with IPad safari.

Even checked the SSL version installed on server - SSL 2.0. Looks like default SSL/TLS on safari is 3.0 and hence the mismatch. Not sure on the Ipad settings though.
