There are load of freebie tools on the web to get colour codes off web pages.

Here is one online tool Color Picker online | hex Color Picker | html Color Picker

I just whacked the url of this thread in and found:

• The blue in your image is: R:119 G:144 B:174
• The red in your image is:  R:202 G:102 B:117

... but many other similar tools are available.
