Rank in a Pivot Table with 3 dimensions

Hello,

I'm trying to accomplish an RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) analysis for our customer base. Below is a pivot table which I would like to show the distribution of the 3 cohorts and the number of customers. I would like to highlight the cells based on the rank of the customer count vs the maximum in the whole table - essentially a heatmap.

The Rank measure currently looks like this: Rank(TOTAL Aggr((Count(ERP)), Recency, Frequency, Monetary), 0, 1)

However, as you can see, the rank doesn't seem to work properly and there are repeating values. What am I doing wrong? What's the best way to accomplish this?

Thanks!
