Rds connectivity issue

I need the qlik sense ip addresses inorder to whitelist on my awd rds of postgresql for connectivity.

Can you clarify what IP address you mean with "qlik sense IP address"?

Are you using Qlik Cloud, and are you looking for what IP addresses we use?

In that case, does this help? Allowlisting domain names and IP addresses

I'm using qlik cloud, so inorder to connect my rds with qlik cloud and integrate my data with it, I need the qlik cloud's IP address to be whitelisted in my VPC. 

I've tried this Allowlisting domain names and IP addresses , but idk which region to whitelist, as I've tried ap-south's and europe's IP in my VPC still I was unable to connect. 

can you help me with this. 

As my RDS is hosted in ap-south-1.
