Rearrange excel data in Qlik

Hi i want to transfer a table from excel to Qlik but it is in a mixed format like this

can i rearrange the format in Qlik or do i need to do it in excel.

AFAIK, and since Qlik loads columns from Excel, I think you have to rearrange the data in Excel.
