Reason High Usage CPU in Central Node

Hi all,

We have 1 central node and multiple RIM Nodes. Central Node is used for load tasks only. 

Below is the situation in Central node:

In normal days, the CPU usage was low, but suddenly on 5-Nov, the CPU was in high usage.  Many reload tasks were failed because of this (Can refer table below. The info from Operation Monitor app).

My question is- Can anyone explain to me what is the reason of high CPU usage? Or I can check the reason from log files?
