Reference line depending on date

Hello together,

I would like to add a reference line vertically, depending on the date in the x-axis. The date is formatted as 11.2018 (November 2018).

What expression or formula I have to use or how can I set this reference line?

It doesn't work probably.
I just want to use the criteria "Date" to show this additional line vertically above the date.

Example: If the date starts at February 2018 (02.2018) the line should show up above. If the date changes to May 2018 (05.2018) the line should switch an show up above May.
