Is there a way to reference measures,dimensions, or drill downs I created on the hub through the QMC?
for what purpose?
To reference in security rules
I don't think Qlik Sense goes to that level of granularity of being able to restrict/grant access to objects on a sheet in the hub.
Section Access can be used to restrict users access to certain data in an app but haven't heard of anyone trying that.
Maybe other guys can wade in on this.
