Reload issue in Qliksense

Hello All,

I have setup a task in Qliksense to reload in every 3 hours. Pls find attached snapshot i.e. Setting a trigger.

From last 2 day i am observing that the reload for a day last at 22:34 PM and does not get reloaded again on a new day at 1:34 neither it gets failed. Pls find attached snapshot i.e. Status of task. I have to manually run it for a new day.

Can anyone let me know the issue?

Thanks,

Nikhil Garg

The task is setted correctly.

Only the 1:34 reload fails ?

Is't possible that you have some dependencies for the source server ? For example at 1:34 the source server (sql,oracle,sap....) is rebooting or locking some tables ?

Have you already tried to look at the reload logs ?

Hope it helps

Hey,

There is npo log file for 1:34 AM because reload does not happened at that time. Reload is not failed but the thing is it does not happened for a new day after 12:00 AM. I have no idea why it happens so for a new day only.

I have started the service manually today in the morning and till 10:34 PM today reload will works fine but for a new day after 12:00 AM reload will not happen. Is this because of daylight saving or some other issue?

It does not make sense...

Which version of QlikSense are you using ?

I've checked the latest release notes but i didn't find any bugs related to your problem...

Do you perform a weekly based reboot of your server ? In some past experience i see Qlik Server doesn't work properly if they are ON from a long time.

One workaround could be to create 8 daily triggers, one at 1:34, one at 4:34, one at 7:34 and so on... this don't resolve your problem but it's an easy way to save your time.
