Reload task Hanged

Hi all,

We got a reload task hanged , from the script log it seems sent a SQL command to db and waiting for response but just hanged there. 

2019-07-05 19:55:25 0065 Table_A:
2019-07-05 19:55:25 0066 Load *
2019-07-05 19:55:25 0067 SQL select * from Table_A
2019-07-05 19:55:25 0068 Order By START_TIME Desc

Above script run everyday and it only hanged on that day. Once restart task, it can run successfully.

Anyone got idea for this issue?

Hi Louis,

Did the problem only occur once? The problem can be that the system, your database, was getting other requests a.t.m. or had a disconnect.

Hi,

Similar issue is happened on other day but not the same table.

Any method to determine the issue is caused by the system, DB or others?

Try to get as much meta data as you can. Check if the timestamp is more or less the same when the problem occurred. Maybe that tells you something if the problem occurs not at random.
