Remove Qlik Certificates - QMC and Hub don't load

I am using Qlik Sense Enterprise April 2018 release on Windows R2 Server. When removing the Qlik Sense certificates from the below folder locations and importing certificates from our client through mmc, Internet Explorer fails to load the page when attempting to open QMC or the Hub.

o Certificates - Current User > Trusted Root Certification Authorities > Certificates

o Certificates (Local Computer) > Trusted Root Certification Authorities > Certificates

o Certificates (Local Computer) > Personal > Certificates

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Well, I don't think you can remove those. They are used to define the trust zone mechanism used for the Qlik Sense services: https://help.qlik.com/en-US/sense/April2018/Subsystems/ManagementConsole/Content/service-certificate...

Are you getting any errors, either on the server side or when using the Developer Console found in Chrome?

Which certificates did you remove? And why did you remove them? I don't think you are supposed to as those are used for internal secure handshakes between services of the Qlik Sense system. Are you trying to install a trusted certificate for the browser to use? In that case you should probably follow these procedures:

I am removing the [machine name]-CA certificates as they are hitting the ATO scans of our client. I have a trusted certificate that I have installed using the steps within the link you provided. But I'm still having issues.
