Once a visualization has been added to a collection and that collection is pinned to the hub, how can a user reorder the visualizations in that collection?
The scenario is a new user is setting up their hub and favorite visualizations. As they scroll through the apps they select charts to monitor and add them to their Favorite collection. But when they return to the hub they discover that only 2 or 3 charts can be shown at a time and want prioritize which charts are seen.
