Restore Qlik Database on fresh installation with new hostname

Hello,

i'm working on the my new architecture deployment and just have installed my Postgres dedicated server in a first step, and then installed my Central node. 

In a second step, i restored my production database on the new postgreSQl Server. I try to follow the differents steps listed below

When i try to execute the "repository.exe -bootstrap -standalone -restorehostname" with administrator rights, i have the folowing error :

Are you sure you are opening cmd as administrator ?

It is not that your user is admin

right click on Cmd.exe and select “open as administrator”

Also you should be Using services user
