Room Booking Data with Master Calendar want to show both rooms and dates not booked on pivot table

Hi

I have a booking table, master calendar and room table within my test app.

I want to create a pivot table to show occupancy % of those rooms across a date range filter (times and hours still to be calculated).

My first hurdle is that in the left most column I want the rooms to remain even if they had no bookings for the date range specified.

Currently I see the following:

I'd then like the second column (the column before Feb) to not be there and then the values of the second and third columns to be zero as opposed to a dash.

And then if I select a date e.g. Mar I would like the room ids to remain on the left side just the values to adjust in the month columns.

I think I'm close with the addition of the master calendar but I'm not sure where to go next.

Any help would be appreciated.
