Root admin cannot see stream in hub

I have root admin rights to a stream but I don't see the stream in the hub, don't know why.

Root admin is for the most QMC rights. You should grant yourself access to the hub stream if you need it.

Did you check i f the root admin rule has been changed from that of default.

As Vegar said, the RootAdmin role grants full access to all sections in QMC. It does not automatically grant superuser rights in the Hub. However, with full access to QMC, including the security rules, a RootAdmin can grant themselves whatever  access they require to any stream or app. A RootAdmin can also change the ownership of apps and streams in QMC.
